Jeffrey T. Warren, MAI, SRA is the founder and officer of Warren & Associates, Inc.

Mr. Warren has 20 years of real estate appraisal and consulting experience, which includes income producing properties to subdivision feasibility studies. Over the past two decades, he has analyzed properties such as industrial facitlites, retail buildings, office complex's, subdivisions and special use properties.

Graduating in 1984 from Embry Riddle with a bachelor of arts degree in business and finance, he has continued his education with numerous courses from the Appraisal Institute. He currently holds a Certiied General Appraisal License issued by the State of California along with the MAI, SRA designations from the Appraisal Institiute.
